I’m Only 23, Should I Eat Healthier?

Recently, I have been going through some nutrient deficiency problems with my doctor. B12, B6, Iron, Magnesium, Omega-3 and more have been contributing to neuropathy in my hands and feet, as well as fatigue and made -easy tendonitis in my muscles.

Does this have to do with my diet?
